It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we link to or that you access separately. Those operate under their own privacy policies.

• Order data — products purchased, order value, order history, currency, delivery preferences
• Payment data — payment method and transaction confirmation. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. These are processed directly by our payment providers.
• Account data — if you create an account: login credentials and saved preferences
• Communications — messages, enquiries, reviews, and support requests you send us
• Marketing preferences — your consent status for email or SMS marketing

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information:

• IP address, which may indicate your approximate location and determines which regional version of our store you see
• Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
• Referring URL and exit pages
• Pages viewed, products viewed, time spent, and click behaviour
• Date and time of access
• Cookie and similar identifiers

3.3 Information from third parties

• Advertising platforms, such as Meta — aggregated campaign and conversion data

• Strictly necessary — cart functionality, checkout, security, load balancing, and storing your regional market and currency preference. These cannot be disabled.

• Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site so that we can improve it.
• Advertising — measuring the performance of our advertising and showing you relevant ads on third-party platforms, including through the Meta Pixel.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Site from functioning.

• Advertising platforms, including Meta Platforms — for campaign measurement and audience targeting, where you have consented

Other disclosures:

• To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request
• To customs and tax authorities where required for international shipping
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others
• To professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under a duty of confidentiality

7. International Data Transfers

We are established in the United States. Depending on your location and the service providers involved, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own country.

Where we receive or transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on one of the following safeguards:

• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable
• An adequacy decision, where one applies to the recipient
• Other lawful transfer mechanisms permitted under applicable law

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Order and transaction records — retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law, which in some jurisdictions is up to 10 years
• Customer account data — retained while your account is active, and deleted on request thereafter
• Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe
• Website analytics data — typically retained for up to 26 months
• Customer service correspondence — typically retained for up to 3 years

Where information is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission is at your own risk.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16, or under the age of 13 for users in the United States. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Region-Specific Provisions

11.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

• Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion where one of the legal grounds applies
• Restriction — limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object to direct marketing at any time
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Not to be subject to automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects

Right to lodge a complaint. You may complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live, work, or where the alleged infringement took place. Residents of the United Kingdom may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Residents of Switzerland may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner at edoeb.admin.ch.

11.2 United States

All US residents. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, or as a "sale" under the broad definitions used in some state privacy laws. You may opt out at any time through the cookie settings on our Site or by emailing us at kontakt@klariva.shop.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically supported.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 3, for the purposes described in Section 4, from the sources described in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in Section 6.

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

You may submit a request by emailing kontakt@klariva.shop. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records. You may use an authorised agent, who must provide written proof of authorisation.

Residents of other US states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and any other state with a comprehensive privacy law in effect — have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Where the applicable state law provides an appeal process, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision email.

11.3 Canada

If you are located in Canada, we handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation including Quebec's Law 25.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccuracies, and to withdraw consent to our use of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Your personal information is stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of those jurisdictions.

11.4 Australia

If you are located in Australia, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We will respond within a reasonable period. If we refuse access or correction, we will give you written reasons.

Overseas disclosure. We disclose personal information to recipients located outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada, and the European Union, as described in Section 6. By providing your information, you acknowledge that APP 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures in every case, and that overseas recipients may not be subject to the Privacy Act.

Data breaches. We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner of any eligible data breach.

11.5 New Zealand

If you are located in New Zealand, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).

You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information. We will respond within 20 working days.

We disclose personal information to recipients outside New Zealand as described in Section 6. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients protect personal information with safeguards comparable to those under the Privacy Act 2020.
